All items include a signed art certificate of authenticity.

Return Policy:

All goods are non-returnable.

Shipping:

All goods are to be shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS (each a “Shipping Company”) on a FCA basis. Standard tracking information will be made available to you shortly after the goods are left at the Shipping Company’s facilities for processing or once the goods have been shipped, as applicable pursuant to Shipping Company’s policies. All goods shall be packed and marked in accordance with the information provided by you and reasonable commercial practices to prevent loss or damage due to weather and transportation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we undertake no liability for Shipping Company’s handling of the goods and/or delivery of the purchased items and Yirian Kahn Artist shall be released of any and all responsibility and liability upon delivery of the goods at Shipping Company’s facility.

Customer shall be solely responsible for and shall bear and pay any and all taxes, levies, tariffs and/or import duty dues that may be levied by customs or any other governmental authority upon any parcel sent to customer, as applicable.
